Utilizing our worldwide travel network of preferred suppliers, we invest time into researching and planning just the right trip for our clients. As a member of the Virtuoso luxury travel consortia, we have the ability and leverage to create unique and exceptional experiences for our clients from beginning to end, enhancing trips with complimentary amenities and more.
Allison Collier Travel is dedicated to creating the best itineraries for clients utilizing a network of 4-star & 5-star properties and resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators, preferred suppliers and more.
Allison Collier Travel charges a per trip research and planning fee starting at $300, which is non-refundable and non-transferable and due just after the initial consultation. The trip fee includes consultation, research, planning, and quote preparation. During this introductory stage, we also are tapping into our global network of preferred suppliers, as well as our professional expertise.
Once pleased with the itinerary, we confirm and service all parts of the trip: flights if needed, accommodations, transfers, on the ground transportation, guided tours and activities.
We also offer recommendations for unique experiences, theater tickets, restaurants, local attractions, and more.
There is a $50-$100 per booking service fee depending on the group trips complexity.
Fees begin at $300, but can increase with complex itineraries, multiple destinations, or for larger groups/events. Please note that only three revisions to the initial itinerary are included in the $300+ base fee. The trip consultation fee does not include flight ticketing or other fees (see below).
Any requests for research and trip planning within two weeks of intended departure is treated as a rush request. Rush requests for trip research and itinerary have fees that start at $500, depending upon the season and extent of travel intended.
Allison Collier Travel waives the planning fee for established clients on single, hotel only bookings where the client has picked the destination and property as this oftentimes will allow our clients to enjoy additional negotiated amenities and other benefits.
Allison Collier Travel waives the planning fee for established clients on single, cruise only bookings where the client has picked the destination and route as this oftentimes will allow our clients to enjoy additional negotiated amenities and other benefits. For pre and post cruise itineraries, fees will vary depending on complexity.
Allison Collier Travel can assist with booking air worldwide for clients who request this service. Associated fees are as follows:
• Domestic roundtrip flights: $50
• International roundtrip flights: $75
All prices are per ticket. Change and rebooking fees will apply.
Allison Collier Travel can not work with points or miles programs to purchase tickets.
Customized itineraries : $350 cancellation fee to be charged to the credit card on file should the trip be cancelled for any reason
• Hotels : $100 cancellation fee per hotel reservation.
• Flights : Any reissued tickets will require a $50 (domestic) and $75 (international) ticket reissue or exchange fee, in addition to any
supplier-imposed penalties. Penalties depend on airline booking terms and conditions.
• Last minute change fees : $200 change fee should there be last minute trip changes within 5 days of departure.
The above cancellation fees are in addition to any individual supplier fees, which are outlined in each trip's terms and conditions section.
