Terms & Conditions

Allison Collier Travel, LLC Terms and Conditions

Allison Collier Travel (collectively including its owners, directors, officers, employees and agents) is acting solely as an agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency. Allison Collier Travel, therefore, is not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional, negligent or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which may result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your companions or group members.

Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and international credit card issuer or transaction fees. Prices and availability for hotels, services, and flights are subject to change until approved and secured with a valid form of payment and/or ticketed. Unless the word “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on our tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, booking, reservations, connections, scheduling or handling of personal effects.

Airlines reserve the right to increase prices related to the price of a certain seat, baggage handling, applicable fuel surcharges, or increases in government-imposed fees or taxes and Allison Collier Travel LLC will not be responsible or liable for such increases. Allison Collier Travel is not responsible for increases due to fuel surcharges, government-imposed taxes/fees or supplier-imposed increases.

Allison Collier Travel is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of Allison Collier Travel’s control.

Valid passports are required for all international itineraries and most cruises. If a passport is required to travel, most countries require that the expiration date be at least six (6) months following the return date of the planned travel.

A valid credit card must be on file prior to any travel planning work and to allow your travel advisor to secure travel services that require a credit card guarantee, deposit or final payment.

The privacy and security of your data is our top priority. You can rest easy knowing that we’ve taken every precaution to provide an online form with high-grade security, ensuring that your submission data is encrypted, transferred and stored in a secure format. Invoices not paid prior to travel will be charged to the credit card provided.

Allison Collier Travel highly recommends travel insurance to help protect yourself and your trip investment for events such as cancellation, delay, emergencies and travel assistance. A plan will be offered after the deposit is made. However, no representation or description of the insurance made constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance.

I understand that Allison Collier Travel is not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services. I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased. I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Allison Collier Travel responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience.

I accept that Allison Collier Travel is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for, any injury, damage or loss I may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control.

I further understand and acknowledge that travel to many parts of the world may involve the risk of a variety of hazards to my health and/or safety, including but not limited to disease, crime, terrorism, and warfare. Because each traveler’s risk tolerance is different, Allison Collier Travel is not in a position to advise me whether I should travel to any particular place at any particular time. Rather, to assist me in making an informed decision, I should refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as that maintained by the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov).

I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact Allison Collier Travel if I have any questions. I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money. I acknowledge and accept that there are cancellations policies, change fees and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services as set by travel suppliers. I am aware that airline tickets may be subject to the loss of some or all of the fare, should I elect to change or cancel the reservation.

I have been advised to use a credit card as this may offer me the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.

I understand that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires me to carry a government-issued identification card in order to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records. I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight. I further acknowledge that beginning on October 1, 2020, I must present a driver’s license or another form of identification that complies with the requirements of the Federal Real ID Act (see www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information).

I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and, depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas. I also understand that if a passport is required to travel, most countries require that the expiration date be at least six (6) months following the return date of the planned travel.

I understand that I may purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.
