Allison Collier Travel provides thoughtful, well-planned travel itineraries based on firsthand experience, personal opinions, and professional expertise. We utilize a unique combination of our global preferred supplier network that incorporates destination specific partners, 4-star & 5-star properties, drivers, guides and activity providers. As a member of the Virtuoso luxury travel consortia, we have the ability and leverage to create unique and exceptional experiences for our clients from beginning to end, enhancing trips with complimentary amenities and more.


Please consider, that suggested trip cost estimation for the itineraries designed and implemented by Allison Collier Travel have an average cost of $700 per person, per day. Average cost is affected by a number of factors including the specific destination and the season of travel. This average cost includes ground transportation, hotels, guides and activities, and does not include domestic or international airfare.  

Please note, Allison Collier Travel works only with full and complete itineraries that include all components of the trip - hotels, all ground transportation needed, guides and activities. We are unable to wok with Air BnB or VRBO but we do have an amazing book of apartments, villas and homes we offer through our preferred suppliers.

The Elegant Explorer
Perfect for travelers seeking an immersive, comprehensive itinerary aimed at in-depth exploration—with full booking and management of travel components.

The Luxury Lounger
Perfect for travelers yearning for a luxurious resort escape to a single destination. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Consultation call to uncover your travel preferences, style, and budget so we can pair you with the perfect resort
Expert destination guidance
2-3 resort options to choose from, carefully selected to align with your interests and vacation vision  
1 proposal revision, as needed
Booking of your resort stay, transfers, and further transportation assistance if needed
Booking of select “concierge” services such as special dining reservations
Point of contact during travel; reach out for expert assistance when you need it

The Deliberate DIYer
Perfect for travelers who’ve already planned their itinerary and want an expert review, along with in-the-know advice on how to maximize their time in their destination(s). Does not include booking services. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
A 1-hour phone or video consultation to review your itinerary and share our expert insights
A follow-up email with our tailored recommendations on what to see & do in your chosen destination

COST: $150 per 1-hour call

Services

A Good Conversation 
We begin the conversation delving in to the who, what, where and how much. We’ll brainstorm ideas and drill down on what your goals are for the trip: quality time together, relaxation, active exploring, seeing all there is to see etc. Keep in mind, it is important for us to discuss budget expectations at this point in the process. The trip research and planning fee is due at this point. 

A Well Researched Plan
After our initial conversation we thoroughly research and plan a thoughtfully designed itinerary that works within expectations and budget. We employ our preferred, destination specific partners from all over the world to provide current, local knowledge, expertise and resources while also pulling components from our 4-star & 5-star properties, drivers, guides and activity providers.

A Trip to Enjoy  
Once you are happy with the trip’s itinerary from beginning to end, we’ll make it official with a deposit toward the trip. From here, we confirm and manage all the details and move to the final step of our services - the support phase!  Approximately 10 days prior to travel you will receive access to detailed, full trip itinerary documents and in travel, in country destination partners' contact information delivered via email and through our electronic itinerary app, AXUS.  

And then - it’s just stress free anticipation and enjoyment of your trip with a sense of life well lived, a trip well planned – made possible by Allison Collier Travel.

Our Planning Process

CUSTOM INDIVIDUAL ITINERARIES
Allison Collier Travel charges a per trip research and design fee starting at $350 - $500, which is non-refundable and non-­transferable and due just after the initial consultation. The trip fee includes consultation, research, planning, and quote preparation - up to 3 revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $100 per hour.  

We also offer recommendations for unique experiences, theater tickets, restaurants, local attractions, and more.

CUSTOM GROUP TRIP ITINERARIES
Allison Collier Travel charges a per group trip research and design fee beginning at $500, which is non-refundable and non-­transferable and due just after the initial consultation. However, this fee can increase with complex itineraries, multiple 
destinations, or for larger groups/events. The trip fee includes consultation, research, planning, and quote preparation - up to 3 revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $100 per hour. 

*Please note airfare ticketing fees are not included in the custom individual or custom group trip research & design fees. 

AIRFARE TICKETING
Allison Collier Travel can assist with booking air worldwide for clients who request this service. There is a $150 per person, per ticket fee.  All prices are per ticket. Change fees and rebooking fees will apply. Allison Collier Travel can not work with points or miles programs to purchase tickets. 

EXPEDITED PLANNING
Any requests for research and trip planning within 12 weeks of intended departure is treated as a rush request. Rush requests for trip research and design have fees that start at $500, depending upon the season and extent of travel.


HOTEL ONLY 

Allison Collier Travel waives the planning fee for established clients on single, hotel only bookings where the client has picked the destination and property as this often times will allow our clients to enjoy additional, negotiated amenities and other benefits. 

An additional fee will apply for transfers, activities and dining reservations.  

CRUISE ONLY 
Allison Collier Travel waives the planning fee for established clients on single, cruise only bookings where the client has picked the destination and route as this often times will allow our clients to enjoy additional negotiated amenities and other benefits. For pre and post cruise itineraries, fees will vary depending on complexity.

Hourly rate for hotel/car/cruise/flight research and selection is $100 per hour. | Hourly rate for concierge services, additional research, multiple revisions is $100 per hour  






FEES

CANCELLATION PENALTIES ARE TWOFOLD. 

Firstly, the cancellation policy found in the Terms and Conditions piece of the the preferred suppliers Allison Collier Travel has worked with to plan the trip will be applied. This will be different for each individual trip and based on the policies outlined in the destination specialists, properties, drivers, guides and activity supplier’s terms & conditions.  

Secondly, Allison Collier Travel will charge the following cancellation/change fees: Customized itineraries: $350 cancellation fee (minimum) will be charged should trips be cancelled for any reason. | Hotels : $100 cancellation fee per hotel reservation | Flights : Any reissued tickets will require a $100 ticket reissue or exchange fee, in addition to any supplier-imposed penalties. Penalties depend on airline booking terms and conditions. | Last minute change fees : Up to a $100 per hour fee will be charged should there be changes within 5 days of departure.
